Welcome, A.P.Cottle & Son Ltd is a small family run local Building and Maintenance business, that has been established for over 20 years from its humble beginnings back in 1989.The business is located and run in the North Cornwall area, situated just to the north of Bude.
We employ a full range of tradesman, with brick layers, plasterers, carpenters,
decorators, plumbers and electricians so that we can provide a full building service to account from anything as simple as a single slate repair, up to a full new build grand design project.

We now offer the future of building, and we are the only company in North Cornwall registered to do so. We offer also to carry out extensive works for any conversions, property extensions, maintenance programs, and we can also offer a more traditional style of workmanship, using traditional lime mortars for plastering and pointing, and traditional green oak timber construction which would compliment any barn conversion or alterations to a period style house.
Paul Cottle
Paul is the founder and director of A.P.Cottle and has been the driving force of the company for the past 27 years, but has experience in the building trade for 32 years, starting off as a brick layer and working his way up. Paul manages his time between office work and the part he loves, the site work.

Louise Jollow
Our secretary Louise is one of the reasons our office runs as efficiently as it does. From writing out quotes to dealing with customers, she deals with all aspects of the office. Louise has nearly 30 years experience in offices and has been a valued member of our team for the past 10 years. Louise always makes sure that letters to customers are sent out on time so that the customer hasnt got to wait too long.
